Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our hospital dialysis unit. The technician will be responsible for operating dialysis machines, assisting nephrologists, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatment for patients while maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor patients’ vital signs before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Assist doctors and nurses during dialysis procedures
• Ensure proper disinfection, cleaning, and maintenance of dialysis equipment
• Follow hospital infection control policies and safety guidelines
• Prepare dialysis consumables and ensure adequate stock availability
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and machine logs
• Identify and report any complications or machine issues immediately
• Provide basic patient education and reassurance during treatment
• Adhere to hospital policies, NABH standards, and ethical practices

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Dialysis Technology
• Certification from a recognized institute
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures, machines, and infection control

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in a hospital or dialysis center

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Attention to detail and ability to handle emergency situations
• Team player with a caring and professional attitude
