Dialysis Technician

  • Prepare and set up dialysis machines before each treatment as per prescribed protocol.
  • Perform hemodialysis procedures under the supervision of a Nephrologist/Duty Doctor.
  • Ensure proper functioning, cleaning, and disinfection of dialysis machines and RO plant.
  • Check and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, weight) before, during, and after dialysis.
  • Ensure correct dialyzer, tubing, and consumables are used for each patient.
  • Maintain strict infection control practices and follow universal precautions.
  • Monitor patients during dialysis for any complications and immediately inform the doctor/nurse.
  • Handle vascular access (AV fistula, graft, catheter) carefully and as per protocol.
  • Maintain accurate dialysis records, machine logs, and patient documentation.
  • Assist in emergency situations during dialysis and follow code protocols.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and biomedical department for smooth functioning of dialysis unit.
  • Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital policy.
  • Maintain stock of dialysis consumables and inform concerned authority for timely replenishment.
  • Participate in NABH quality programs, audits, and continuous training.
  • Follow hospital rules, duty rosters, and maintain professional conduct at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
