Job Summary – Dialysis Technician In-Charge
The Dialysis Technician In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care for patients. This role includes supervising dialysis technicians, coordinating with nephrologists and nursing staff, monitoring patient safety, and ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment. The In-Charge also maintains compliance with infection control standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements, while providing guidance, training, and support to the dialysis team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of dialysis technicians.
• Ensure smooth functioning of dialysis sessions and patient scheduling.
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
• Train and mentor dialysis staff in best practices and hospital standards.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors, nurses, and patients regarding dialysis services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
