Dialysis Unit Incharge

Unit Operations Management – Oversee daily functioning of the dialysis unit, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols.

Patient Care Supervision – Monitor patient treatment schedules, clinical parameters, and post-dialysis care, ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene.

Team Supervision & Training – Lead and guide dialysis technicians, nurses, and support staff; provide continuous training on procedures and infection control.

Resource Management – Maintain adequate stock of dialysis supplies, consumables, and medicines; coordinate with procurement.

Quality & Compliance – Ensure adherence to NABH guidelines, infection control protocols, and biomedical waste management norms.

Coordination with Physicians – Liaise with nephrologists and other doctors for patient treatment plans and clinical updates.

Equipment Maintenance Oversight – Ensure dialysis machines and water treatment systems are functioning optimally; coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.

Emergency Handling – Respond promptly to patient emergencies during dialysis sessions.

Record Keeping & Reporting – Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and submit periodic reports to management.

Patient Education – Guide patients and caregivers on diet, medication adherence, and home care post-dialysis.
