Key Responsibilities

Support the growth of the Diamond customer base by delivering high-quality service that fosters loyalty and retention.

Engage with affluent prospects classified as New-to-Bank (NTB) to expand the Diamond segment.

Conduct client visits and deliver tailored presentations to promote ADIB Diamond liability and asset products.

Strengthen relationships with existing customers by aligning financial solutions with individual plans and needs.

Apply ADIB’s service standards to ensure consistent delivery of premium customer experiences.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Cross-sell a range of banking products to Diamond clients to maximize portfolio value.

Prepare and share sales performance reports with the direct manager to support business improvement initiatives.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate implementation outcomes.

Investigate and resolve complaints in coordination with Consumer Rights Protection, Compliance, and Governance teams, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and SLAs.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support segment growth and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in (Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting…etc.) or its equivalence
Minimum Experience
-
5+ years of relevant experience, banking experience is a plus.
