Job Title: Diaper Machine 1st Operator
Department: Production
Location: Landhi Industrial Area
Shift: Rotational (Day/Night), 12 Hours

Job Purpose:

To ensure the efficient operation of the diaper production machine, achieving maximum output with minimum downtime, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation
• Operate the diaper production machine as per the standard operating procedures.
• Set parameters and monitor machine performance.
• Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and shut-downs.
• Production Monitoring
• Achieve daily production targets and minimize waste.
• Monitor raw material feeding, pad formation, TBS, ADL, NW application, side tape & frontal tape application, final folding, and stacking.
• Troubleshooting
• Detect machine faults and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for technical issues.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure product quality meets set standards.
• Report any deviations in quality or defects to the QC department.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain shift reports and production logs.
• Record downtime, maintenance, and material usage.
• Safety & Housekeeping
• Follow all safety guidelines and PPE usage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and surrounding area.
• Team Collaboration
• Supervise and guide 2nd operators and helpers.
• Ensure smooth shift handover with proper communication.

Requirements:

• Education: DAE (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as machine operator in a hygiene product manufacturing unit (preferably diaper industry)
• Skills:
• Technical understanding of diaper machine functions
• Ability to read basic machine drawings & instructions
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting
• Team leadership and shift handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
