Rogue Disposal is looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in White City, OR, just outside Medford. This is a great opportunity for mechanics seeking steady, long-term employment with competitive pay and great benefits.

• Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics
• Repair hydraulic, electrical, suspension, cooling, brake, and A/C systems
• Use onboard vehicle computer systems to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain accurate repair logs and service records using fleet maintenance software
• Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area

️ What We're Looking For:

• Valid Oregon driver’s license (Required)
• Ability to obtain a CDL Class B within 90 days of hire if required
• Experience in diesel engine repair and preventative maintenance
• Provide their own tools
• Basic welding skills and knowledge of hydraulic systems (a plus)
• Ability to lift heavy parts and work in tight spaces
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow repair schedules

Candidates must successfully complete:

• Drug and alcohol screening (includes random selection testing)
• Background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
