Diesel Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
• Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles comply with safety and operational standards
• Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
• Communicate repair statuses with team
• Order and assist with managing parts inventory
• Work assigned schedules with reliable attendance and overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mechanic (5+ years heavy trucks and equipment experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to self manage
• A valid driver's license is required
• CDL required
