Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• ensuring strict compliance with cafeteria food stock rotation procedures.
• maintaining high standards of cleanliness in assigned work areas and ensuring hygienic food preparation practices.
• ensuring adequate availability of cutlery, crockery, and other required utensils in assigned areas.
• assisting in activities related to Patient Meal Services, Cafeteria Operations, and Official Catering Services.
• Reporting food safety issues, feedback, and related complaints promptly to the concerned supervisor.
• Visiting patients and assisting in the resolution of complaints as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

You should have:

• Matriculation, Intermediate would be preferred
• 2 - 3 years related work experience with services waiter experiences of institutional / hospital food services
• ability to understand the diet menus and comply with hygiene protocols
• basic knowledge of culinary and food hygiene systems
• ability to operate large-scale dishwashing machines and knowledge of utensil cleaning agents and procedures.
• knowledge of dietary procedures and standards.
• willing to work in shift duties
