Full Time
Plans, directs and coordinates activities of food services department to provide dietetic services for in patients.
Implements achievable quality activities, consistent with policy and procedures of the Catering Department.
Manage referrals based on the nutritional screening criteria performed by the Physician/Nurse, develops and implements nutrition assessment and care plan, education needs, reviews care plan, as appropriate and timely as per policies and procedures.
Monitors and documents the progress made and whether the goals/outcome is met.
Assist in the provision of food service and nutritional programs, under the supervision of a dietitian
Monitors and documents patients on NPO status as per policies and procedures.
Maintains regular ongoing communication with the nursing staff and the treatment team to ensure patient needs are met.
Managing food service system to provide safe and nutritious food as dictated by policy and procedures.
Supervises patient meal services as directed by the Senior Dietician.
Coordinates diet information with food service department such as food preferences, diet modifications, diet changes and documents this in the department.
Perform any tasks within his/her competence as directed by the Senior Dietitian/Catering Director
Two years work experience in a hospital
Diploma in dietary , computer literate
