Job Summary:

Mason Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team! As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals, including food preparation, plating, and presentation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with tray service, including delivering and collecting trays
• Perform food quality control checks
• Collaborate with the dietary team to provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Food service experience in a healthcare setting a plus
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and families
