Position Summary:
The Culinary Team Member supports the preparation, serving, and delivery of meals while maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen. This role contributes to quality nutrition services, resident satisfaction, and cleaning of dining rooms and work areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing meals according to menus and standardized recipes.
- Support meal service and tray delivery to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and utensils.
- Store food and supplies properly, rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Follow infection control and food safety policies.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with survey and regulatory requirements.

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
