Job Title: Dietitian / Registered Dietitian (RD)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, and help patients manage or prevent chronic diseases through healthy eating habits. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal nutritional health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs through evaluations, lab results, and medical histories.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on nutrition-related topics and healthy eating habits.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate health records.
• Provide specialized dietary counseling for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, renal disease, and food allergies.
• Stay updated on the latest research in nutrition and dietetics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• State licensure/certification as required.
• Clinical or community nutrition experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy (MNT).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs).
• Bilingual ability (depending on patient population).
• Group education or public speaking experience.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Work Environment:

• May work in hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, schools, fitness centers, or private practice.
• Some roles may require travel or home visits.
• May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of educational materials or supplies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
