Job Title: Dietician
Location: Citrine Clinic, Sector 15, Gurgaon

Job Summary:
Citrine Clinic is looking for a Dietician who can guide patients with the right diet advice and also support treatment sales. The Dietician will meet patients, suggest diet plans, explain treatment benefits, and help increase conversions. The role needs good communication, confidence in explaining services, and a strong focus on patient satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet patients and understand their health needs, eating habits, and treatment goals
• Explain diet plans clearly and connect them with clinic treatments
• Support treatment sales by educating patients on how diet improves results
• Suggest suitable treatment packages when required and encourage conversions
• Follow up with patients to improve treatment continuity and repeat sales
• Work closely with doctors, counselors, and telecallers to increase revenue
• Ensure every consultation is handled politely and confidently to build trust
• Maintain patient records and update progress on each visit
• Guide patients on long-term food habits that support clinic treatments
• Handle patient queries related to diet and treatment advice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience as a Dietician (clinic or wellness center preferred)
• Strong communication and sales confidence
• Ability to explain diet + treatment benefits in a simple way
• Good command of English and Hindi
• Patient-focused, organized, and responsible
• Comfortable meeting monthly conversion and revenue goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
