Job Description:

Intech Sky is seeking a talented and dedicated Design & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines creative design work with customer service responsibilities, ensuring our clients receive both stunning visuals and top-tier support.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs (graphics, layouts, templates, etc.) according to client requirements.
• Communicate with clients via chat, email, or calls to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional, timely resolutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Comfortable working night shifts to support international clients.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
