Overview:
As a Motion Graphic Designer at PSdigital, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating visually stunning motion graphics that captivate our clients and their audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Art director, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand project goals, target audience, and key messaging

Conceptualize and design compelling motion graphic sequences, including title sequences, animated infographics, product demonstrations, and social media content

Utilize industry-standard software and techniques to bring your designs to life through seamless animation and dynamic visual effects

Ensure all motion graphics are consistent with the client’s brand guidelines and creative vision

Optimize motion graphic files for various platforms and delivery methods (e.g., web, social media, video)

Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role

Proficient in industry-standard motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D

Strong understanding of principles of animation, visual storytelling, and motion design

Excellent typography, color, and composition skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to conceptualize and translate abstract ideas into visually engaging motion graphics

Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Passion for motion graphics, a strong portfolio, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
