Digital Account Manager

i3MEDIA is seeking a client-focused Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is key in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve measurable results from their digital marketing campaigns.

You’ll act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, managing relationships, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client goals and ensure campaigns are aligned with their objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social, content).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting results and opportunities.
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximise client ROI.
• Proactively manage client expectations and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Stay up to date on digital marketing trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing).

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role, ideally within an agency.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts successfully.
