Role Overview

You’re a hunter-style advertising sales pro who lives for pipeline, numbers, and long-term relationships. You’ll own UAE new-logo acquisition and growth across media/digital—selling integrated content, AI-powered production, influencer programs, and performance packages. You’ll partner with our creative & AI squads; you own the revenue.


Hard requirement: Prior advertising sales experience (media owners, publishers, OTT, influencer networks, adtech, or digital agency sales) in the UAE. If you haven’t carried a quota and closed campaigns, this isn’t the role.


What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Prospect & Close: Identify, pitch, and win brands, agencies, and government accounts; run full-cycle sales (prospect → proposal → negotiation → IO/PO → handoff).

•⁠ ⁠Own Key Accounts: Become the face of Adosphere in Dubai; map orgs (marketing, procurement, C-suite), land & expand.

•⁠ ⁠Package Media + Creative: Build sellable media/digital packages—content, AI video, influencer, social, performance—priced with clear rate cards and deliverables.

•⁠ ⁠Brief → Delivery: Convert needs into tight briefs; align internal creative/AI teams; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Upsell & Cross-sell: Grow ACV via add-ons (AI content engines, video, branding, automation, analytics).

•⁠ ⁠Forecast & Hygiene: Maintain CRM discipline, weekly forecasts, and clean pipelines (stage confidence, next steps, dates).

•⁠ ⁠Market Intel: Track GCC trends—gov comms, OTT, creator economy, Arabic content, programmatic, AI adoption.


Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

•⁠ ⁠3–10 years advertising sales (media/digital) in the Dubai with a quota and wins you can talk through.

•⁠ ⁠Sold at least two of these: publisher/OTT inventory, influencer programs, paid social/performance, branded content, adtech solutions, digital sponsorships, OOH/DOOH.

•⁠ ⁠Relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, and procurement in the UAE (existing book of business is a big plus).

•⁠ ⁠Strong commercial craft: pricing, packaging, negotiation, objection handling, contracts/IOs, and collections follow-through.

•⁠ ⁠Fluent client comms; comfort with C-level rooms. Arabic a plus; English mandatory.

•⁠ ⁠CRM-first mindset (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).

•⁠ ⁠Only Dubai-based should apply.

Good to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience selling to government / semi-gov (RFPs, vendor onboarding, compliance).

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with AI content tools and automated production workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Basic grasp of media planning metrics (CPM/CPE/CPA), brand lift, and performance funnels.


KPIs & Success Metrics

•⁠ ⁠New Revenue (NRR/ACV) vs. target (monthly/quarterly)

•⁠ ⁠Pipeline coverage (3–4×), win rate, and sales velocity

•⁠ ⁠Retention & expansion (upsell %, multi-product attach)
