Responsibilities:
1. Support in Collaboration: Assist in daily communication with strategic partners, maintaining good relationships and helping the team advance joint projects.
2. Business Support: Collect and organize market and cooperation data, assist in developing and executing business expansion plans to enhance customer and merchant experience.
3. Project Assistance: Participate in key projects such as brand promotion and marketing events, supporting the smooth progress of activities.
4. Industry Research: Collaborate with the team to explore the latest trends and innovative approaches in the delivery sector, offering insights tailored to the local market.
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business support roles such as assistant, customer service, or administrative support (including recent graduates or candidates with some work experience).
2. Good business sense and judgment: able to understand partner operations and basic business analysis skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: fluent in English (or Mandarin), capable of effective written and verbal communication, with cross-cultural awareness.
4. Strong learning ability and proactive attitude: eager to explore different scenarios and business models, supporting the team in achieving goals.
5. Responsible, meticulous, and a good team player.
