Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Salesman to join our packaging materials trading division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a keen interest in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the packaging materials sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive tailored packaging solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in packaging materials, manufacturing, or a related industry. 1 to 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of packaging products and materials (e.g., Stretch film, Bopp tapes, corrugated boxes, plastic wraps, bubble wraps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license preferable but not madatory
