Digital Account Manager

Perrill | Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – Preference for Twin Cities candidates)

Perrill is an award-winning digital marketing agency that exists to power businesses to win online. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in building lasting client relationships, driving communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the central connection point between our clients and our team of marketing experts. You’ll help clients reach their goals by ensuring projects stay on track, performance is monitored and communicated clearly, and opportunities for growth are continually identified.

What You’ll Do

Manage client relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for 15–20 clients, maintaining a clear understanding of each client’s business goals, marketing strategy, and performance objectives.

  • Facilitate communication: Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring action items, next steps, and priorities are clearly defined and delivered internally.
  • Support onboarding & retention: Oversee smooth client onboarding experiences, foster long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
  • Monitor performance: Regularly review and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, providing data-backed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with strategists, project managers, and specialists to ensure campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives are executed on time and aligned with client goals.
  • Advocate for client success: Proactively bring forward new tactics, ideas, and strategies that drive measurable value for your clients.
  • Communicate value: Clearly articulate the impact of Perrill’s marketing services and deliverables to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
    • 2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, including GEO/SEO, paid media, and social media
    • Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Data Studio), HubSpot, and SEMrush
  • Mindset: A proactive, collaborative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about helping clients succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000–$90,000+, depending on experience
