Abbas Digital Agency is looking for a results-driven Digital Ads Manager & Client Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage high-performing ad campaigns, communicate confidently with clients, and contribute to business growth by converting leads into sales.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Banigala, Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with internal teams including Web Development, App Development, and SEO
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads)
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Sales mindset with the ability to close deals
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
- No after-hours work

Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month
