About Job:

Were looking for a Digital Marketing & Ads Strategist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate understands how ad algorithms work, how to build and optimize campaigns, and can guide clients on improving their ad strategy, targeting, and performance.

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with international clients (Europe & U.S.) to review their campaigns, suggest improvements, provide strategic recommendations, and help them achieve better results using Plais marketing automation tools. Strong English fluency (spoken & written) is essential for client communication.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing or ads management.

• Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads
• Deep understanding of campaign optimization, bidding, and ad delivery algorithms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to advise clients on ad strategy, creatives, and audience targeting
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• TikTok Ads or SaaS experience is a plus

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working timings: 4:00 PM - 2:00 PM AM (8 HOURS)

Location: Karachi - Remote
