We are expanding our performance marketing team and seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with strong agency experience and proven results managing PPC campaigns. This role will operate as both a skilled practitioner and a collaborative partner to our client-facing strategists—executing best-in-class paid media campaigns that drive revenue impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and additional paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Lead performance insights that support client conversations, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
  • Develop and test ad copy, creative variations, and landing page hypotheses to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, bids, and automation strategies to achieve CAC, ROAS, and CPS targets.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Salesforce, and supporting client MarTech stacks.
  • Partner with SEO, CRO, lifecycle, and RevOps teams to strengthen full-funnel demand generation.
  • Monitor platform changes and emerging trends to continuously evolve performance strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years hands-on PPC management in an agency environment (required)
  • Multi-account portfolio experience across various industries (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads + Microsoft Ads bidding strategies, automation, and optimization
  • Experience improving performance across CAC, ROAS, CPL/CPS, and LTV metrics
  • Working knowledge of CRO, landing page testing, and A/B experimentation
  • Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and data visualization/reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills—able to translate insights into clear actions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
