Join Our Team:
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on paid social media campaigns to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll design, execute, and optimize advertising initiatives that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging networks.
The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven — someone who understands how to craft compelling ad content while also diving into analytics to maximize performance. Experience in broader digital marketing strategies (SEO, content, email, and marketing automation) will be considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Advertising:

Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).

Create and test ad variations (copy, visuals, and CTAs) to identify winning strategies.

Build remarketing and lookalike audiences to nurture engagement and conversions.

Partner with design and content teams to ensure creative assets are tailored for each channel.
Campaign Optimization:

Continuously monitor performance and adjust targeting, bidding, placements, and creative to maximize ROI.

Use A/B testing to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates.

Apply advanced targeting methods (demographic, behavioral, and interest-based).
Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, and ROAS.

Provide campaign insights, dashboards, and detailed reporting to internal stakeholders.

Translate performance data into clear recommendations for campaign scaling or adjustments.
Cross-Platform Advertising:

Run paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads and Bing as needed.

Coordinate strategies so that social, search, and programmatic advertising work in alignment.
Market & Trend Research:

Stay on top of evolving social media ad formats, targeting tools, and algorithm changes.

Identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat).
Collaboration & Alignment:

Partner with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns support global business goals.

Coordinate ad messaging for international audiences, adjusting tone and creative for cultural relevance.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in advertising and content marketing.

Experience managing social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Proven ability to create engaging and effective content.

Proven ability to generate measurable results (e.g., reduced CPA, increased engagement, lead generation).

Hands-on experience with Ads Managers, Business Managers, and campaign dashboards.

Strong copywriting and creative testing skills for ad performance.

Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social media insights dashboards, marketing tech/automation, CRMs.

General knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, marketing automation) is a strong plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
