Key Responsibilities-
- Assistant Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a right-hand support to the Analytics Lead/Manager, assisting with daily team coordination, project prioritization, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the team’s deliverables. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts.
- End-to-End Analytics Implementation: Lead the implementation and hands-on management of comprehensive analytics solutions across web and app platforms, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Stakeholder Consultation & Presentation: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and executive stakeholders. Support the lead in pitch creation and presenting complex analytics insights, proposals, and services with clarity and authority.
- Cross-Functional Performance Optimization: Collaborate closely with paid media, social media, SEO, and technology teams to ensure proper tracking and leverage data insights to jointly optimize overall performance and achieve core business objectives.
- Advanced Data-Driven Insights: Proactively provide actionable insights from in-depth analysis of user behavior data, including session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and other relevant data sources, specifically focusing on improving UI/UX and optimizing user journeys.
Requirements-
- 3-4 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Senior Digital Analytics Analyst, Analytics Lead, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in a wide array of analytics and data tools, including:
- Web & App Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs): AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch.
- CRO Tools: VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity.
- Data ETL & Cloud Platforms: Google BigQuery, GCP, Supermetrics.
- Reporting & Visualization: Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with CMPs (Consent Management Platforms) & privacy compliance tools, and CRMs (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional understanding of data-driven marketing principles and implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to support a lead/manager by coordinating tasks, ensuring quality, and providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear, strategic business narratives for executive-level audiences.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
