Digital Analytics Specialist

We have partnered with a leading digital-first organisation to hire a Digital Data Analytics Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with 4-5 years of experience who can extract, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights across both mobile and web platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping data-driven strategies that optimise user engagement and drive business growth.

About the role:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple digital sources, including mobile apps and websites
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, customer behaviour, and campaign performance
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to provide insights and recommendations
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through deep-dive analysis of user journeys and funnel performance
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and measure the effectiveness of digital strategies
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance across all reporting outputs

About you:

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital data analytics, preferably within fast-paced technology or digital environments
  • Proven experience working with mobile and web data sources (e.g., Firebase, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision making
