Digital and Social Lead
Your primary role will be to help set the direction and own the data-driven marketing approach along with the marketing team. You will play a crucial role in leading projects and services from their initial conception to successful implementation and will be a people manager for 2-3 people

Ability to work as a program manager with diverse teams spread across marketing, support functions and key business stakeholders.

Understand the overall digital landscape of the organization as well as that of key competitors.

Works as part of a team to negotiate new deals, extensions, and ad-hoc service aspects.

Skills/Experience

Atleast 10 years’ experience of working with standard content management systems, viz. Drupal, Wordpress, AEM Strong Knowledge on PR & Paid Social is Mandatory

Strong background in content management, content layout, UI/UX principles (might not have worked)

Hands on knowledge of analytic tools: Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, Piano etc.

Hands on knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Google Webmaster Tools, Moz etc.

Understanding of web and social traffic, and ability to draw traffic statistics, analytics, and data modelling.

Hands on knowledge of marketing automation

Advanced knowledge in using the Microsoft Office suite with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.

A strong understanding and enthusiasm for consulting, digital, innovation, and technology domains.

At least 3 years’ experience in handling team/similar role
