The Digital and Technology Stakeholder/Interface Professional is responsible for managing the coordination and integration of digital platform including BIM, GIS, and Smart City systems—across multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. This role ensures alignment of digital strategies, data standards, and technology interfaces between all parties involved in a complex project ecosystem. The professional supports collaboration, system interoperability, and digital delivery excellence across all project lifecycle stages.

Lead coordination of BIM, GIS, and Smart City platforms across stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with digital standards and protocols (ISO 19650, IFC, COBie, SDI).

Manage interoperability between systems and oversee data exchange workflows.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and resolve interface issues in multi-consultant/multi-contractor environments.

Oversee digital asset lifecycle management and ensure accurate data handover.

Support implementation of Smart City concepts and integration with project delivery platforms.

Provide technical guidance on BIM/GIS tools (Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ArcGIS, BIM 360).

Monitor and report on digital delivery performance and adherence to project requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geomatics, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum 15 years of experience in digital coordination, BIM/GIS interface management, or smart city project integration.

Proven track record of stakeholder coordination on mega/giga projects.

Deep understanding of BIM, GIS, and digital project delivery platforms.

Strong experience in multi-consultant or multi-contractor environments with diverse stakeholder interests.

Familiarity with digital asset lifecycle management and Smart City concepts.

SCE Membership (mandatory).
