Job Purpose

As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. You'll lead technical initiatives, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help drive innovation and technical excellence while ensuring the scalability and reliability of our solutions

Report To Position Name

Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions while adhering to best practices and coding standards Lead technical design discussions and make key architectural decisions for major features and systems Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into technical solutions Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and engineering practices Contribute to system design documentation and technical specifications Participate in agile ceremonies and help drive team velocity and quality Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve our tech stack

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Strong knowledge of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities Experience leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time Experience with agile development methodologies

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

3+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Java Solid Experience in JavaScript Extensive experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture. Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD, test automation

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with real-time data processing and analytics Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles Experience with AI technologies Experience in AWS Cloud is a plus
