Fairport, NY is the headquarters for the Radionix sales & marketing organization in the United States and serves as the primary site for research and development, engineering, quality, and product management for intrusion detection systems, including state-of-the-art sensors, control panels, software, communications and more.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Fairport, NY office location.

The Marketing Communications Graphic Designer is part of the North America Marketing Communications team for Radionix. The Marketing Communications department is a dynamic creative services team responsible for global & regional marketing communications and brand development & management for Radionix. This position will support product portfolios ranging from intrusion alarm panels, motion detectors and sensors, software and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Graphic Designer works closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications in global & regional design & creative needs; plays a central role in defining and growing the visual identity of Radionix through our products & solutions .
• Guided by brand strategy and creative direction, this person creates fresh, high-quality visual assets across digital, social, in-store, environmental, packaging, campaigns, events, and more.
• Contribute to campaign development, naming, seasonal creative concepts, and cross-brand initiatives.
• Build polished mockups and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure assets are organized, accessible, and updated using modern workflows and systems.
• Stay on top of emerging design, security industry marketing trends and messages to meet new audiences & buying decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 1-2+ years of experience in brand, digital, or lifestyle design.
• Hybrid work schedule, 3-days minimum in-office days.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand building, conceptual thinking, and multi-channel design.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong eye for photography, styling, and visual storytelling.
• Thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and comfortable with evolving priorities.
• Self-starter who brings energy, ideas, and proactive thinking.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $57,000-$67,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
