Position Title: Digital Asset Sales Expert (Arabic Language Proficient)
Engagement Type: Contractual | Remote | Commission-Based / Hybrid Geographic Focus: GCC & Arabic-Speaking Nations (Middle East & North Africa – MENA) Reporting To: Director – Digital Assets & Strategic Sales Department: Digital Assets, Domains & Virtual Property Division 1. POSITION OVERVIEW The Digital Asset Sales Expert (Arabic Language Proficient) shall be engaged on a contractual and remote basis for the purpose of strategic sales, market expansion, and lead acquisition of Premium Digital Assets, primarily consisting of High-Value Premium Domain Names (e.g., abc.xyz, brand.one, fintech.global) targeted for use in the future trillion-dollar digital economy. The role requires deep commercial intelligence, cross-border digital sales expertise, and native-level Arabic communication skills to penetrate enterprise, startup, government-linked, Web3, fintech, AI, and digital infrastructure markets across Arabic nations. 2. NATURE OF DIGITAL ASSETS The assets under this engagement include, but are not limited to: Premium & Ultra-Premium Domain Names Brandable Global Domains Web3 & Metaverse-Ready Domains AI, Fintech, HealthTech, GovTech & Deep-Tech Domains Strategic Digital Property for Future Digital Economies These assets are positioned as high-growth strategic virtual real estate intended for future scalability, global branding, and digital monopolization opportunities. 3. SCOPE OF WORK & CORE RESPONSIBILITIES The Sales Expert shall be responsible for the following: A. Market Development & Sales Execution Identify, approach, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), startups, venture-backed entities, corporations, and government-backed digital initiatives. Pitch the strategic value, asset appreciation, and future economy relevance of premium domains. Execute direct B2B, B2G, and enterprise-grade digital asset sales. Close high-value transactions with complete commercial accuracy and documentation. B. Lead Generation & Qualification Generate 100% genuine, verified, and purchase-ready leads. Filter speculative, non-serious, or low-capacity prospects. Maintain a structured lead validation framework including: Financial capability Business intent Brand-development potential Regulatory compatibility C. Arabic Market Communication Conduct all verbal and written communication in professional Arabic. Prepare culturally aligned pitch decks, sales narratives, and persuasive proposals. Act as the primary linguistic and cultural bridge between the company and Arabic clients. D. Negotiation & Closing Handle: Price negotiation Licensing vs. ownership models Payment milestones Escrow and secure transfer mechanisms Protect company valuation integrity at all times. E. Strategic Intelligence & Reporting Deliver: Weekly sales intelligence reports Market trend analysis Pricing behavior insights Buyer psychology analytics Provide feedback for strategic asset pricing and market segmentation. 4. ELIGIBILITY & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS The candidate must mandatorily possess: Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic (Speaking, Reading, Writing). Proven experience in: Digital Asset Sales Domain Sales SaaS / IT Sales / Virtual Property High-Ticket Remote Sales Strong understanding of: Branding economy Startup ecosystem Web3 & Metaverse economy AI & future digital infrastructure Demonstrated history of: International negotiations High-value closing Cross-border contracts 5. PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACTUAL COMPENSATION Engagement compensation may include: High-Commission Structure per successful sale Performance-Based Incentives on volume & value Strategic Bonus Slabs on milestone closures Optional Regional Sales Head Progression upon exceptional performance > Final compensation slabs shall be defined in the Individual Contractual Annexure. 6. LEGAL & COMPLIANCE OBLIGATIONS The Sales Expert shall strictly comply with: International Digital Asset Sale & IP Transfer Regulations Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Laws Know Your Customer (KYC) Protocols Cross-Border Trade & Virtual Property Compliance Confidentiality, NDA & Non-Circumvention Clauses Any breach shall attract strict legal and financial liabilities under applicable jurisdiction. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONFIDENTIALITY All leads, negotiations, pricing strategies, pitch structures, and buyer intelligence shall remain the exclusive property of the company. No unauthorized disclosure, duplication, resale, or diversion is permitted during or after the contract period. 8. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & TERMINATION Performance shall be reviewed on: Lead authenticity Conversion ratio Revenue volume Market expansion footprint The company reserves the absolute right to: Suspend or terminate the contract for underperformance, fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of confidentiality. Enforce damages under civil and commercial law.
