With rapid expansion in national and regional projects, our client is seeking an experienced
Digital Media Buyer
to build and optimize paid media strategies that drive brand visibility, qualified traffic, lead generation, and adoption of their digital health solutions.
Business Justification
Our client currently lacks dedicated in-house expertise in digital advertising, paid media management, and search engine optimization. This gap limits opportunities for lead generation, brand visibility, and user adoption across their solutions. Adding a specialized Digital Media Buyer will optimize advertising spend, strengthen digital presence, drive targeted traffic, and significantly enhance the impact of product launches and activation campaigns through strategic, data-driven paid media execution.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Buying

Research and select optimal digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, programmatic networks).

Manage ad execution and inventory across display, video, search, and social channels.

Allocate budgets strategically across channels and campaigns.

Develop media plans aligned with product launches and marketing objectives.
Campaign Management

Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Configure advanced targeting (demographics, interests, behaviors, keywords, lookalike audiences).

Manage bidding strategies and optimize for cost-efficiency (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS).

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.

Monitor performance in real-time and implement data-driven optimizations.
-
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters for accurate attribution.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for organic opportunities.
-
Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements.
-
Monitor search rankings and organic traffic performance.
-
Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
-
Collaborate with content teams on SEO-optimized material.

Track and report on organic search metrics.
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS, Quality Score).

Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas.

Recommend budget reallocation based on data.

Calculate and report ROI/ROAS across channels.

Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
Platform & Tool Expertise

Maintain deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X(Twitter) Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Experience and Skills

3–5 years in digital media buying, paid advertising, or performance marketing.

Proven track record managing significant ad budgets with measurable ROI.

Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X/Twitter Ads).

Solid knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Experience with B2B or B2G digital marketing campaigns.

Strong ability to optimize campaigns for performance and cost-efficiency.

Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills.

Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics.

Experience in healthcare or technology sectors is a plus.

Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
