About the Role:
As a
Digital Assets Senior Specialist
, you will take full ownership of the operational excellence and continuous improvement of our digital channels. You will lead the end-to-end delivery cycle of digital initiatives, managing scope definitions, business requirements, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors, you will ensure that our mobile app, web funnels, and chatbot solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Playing a key role in the
development, alignment, and continuous monitoring
of the company’s digital channels — including the mobile app, online sales funnels, and chatbot — as well as the
overall digitalization strategy
.

Steering the
end-to-end design and development cycle
for digital channel initiatives, ensuring strategic prioritization and
seamless delivery with business and IT teams
.

Preparing
scope definitions and business requirement documentation
for digital channel demands and projects.

Overseeing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
for all digital enhancements and ensuring
timely resolution of findings
with development teams.

Driving
adoption and growth of digital channels
by defining and executing
targeted channel strategies
and action plans.

Providing
regular performance insights
through
consolidated digital channel reporting
.

Managing all
customer feedback loops
for digital channels, ensuring
proactive and customer-centric resolution
.

Prepare digital assets functional development roadmap: Identifying
new capabilities, channels, and improvement opportunities
through ongoing industry and cross-industry
benchmarking
.

Managing vendor relationships
by monitoring delivery performance, ensuring service quality and maintaining
operational alignment with all external partners
.
Who You Are
:
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Statistics
, or a related field.
-
Minimum
3 years of experience
(preferably 4+ years) in digital channel management, digital product management, or digital project delivery.

Hands-on experience in
digital channel projects
such as mobile applications, online sales funnels, and chatbot platforms.
-
Advanced experience in preparing project documentation, including scope definitions,
Business Requirement Documents
(BRDs), and
test scenarios
.

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
methodologies.
-
Experience in the
Insurance, E-commerce, Banking,
or Telecommunications sectors is a strong plus.
Skills:

Proficiency in web and
mobile analytics
tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Hotjar, Adjust, etc.) and strong data interpretation skills.

Expertise in
Agile/Scrum
project management methodologies is a plus.

Strong command of project management and documentation tools such as
Jira, Confluence,
and
Trello
.

Advanced proficiency in
MS Office
applications, with strong reporting and presentation capabilities.

Advanced level of
English
