Digital Automation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for managing CRM campaigns across all channels, building automated journeys, ensuring accurate audience targeting, and maintaining seamless integration between marketing platforms and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar tools) and be skilled in campaign execution, testing, and troubleshooting.


Key Responsibilities

•Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, etc.) from setup to deployment.

•Build, manage, and optimize automated customer journeys with accurate triggers, targeting, and personalization.

•Conduct thorough QA and testing of campaigns - checking content, links, tracking, and functionality before launch.

•Monitor lead flow and data sync between social/ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and Salesforce, ensuring all integrations are working correctly.

•Troubleshoot and coordinate fixes for lead capture or tracking issues across platforms.

•Manage audience data - importing, cleaning, segmenting, and ensuring data privacy compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

•Create and maintain filters, data extensions, and suppression lists for precise targeting.

•Track and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, etc.) and recommend improvements.

•Collaborate with creative, marketing, CRM, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.

•Maintain an organized campaign and automation calendar to meet deadlines consistently.


Required Qualifications

•2–4 years of experience in marketing automation or CRM campaign execution.

•Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio preferred).

•Knowledge of marketing data integrations and lead flow between ad platforms and CRM systems.

•Understanding of responsive design, QA, and deliverability best practices.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.

•Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing and troubleshooting.

•Experience in B2C marketing, especially automotive, education, retail, or e-commerce.

•Familiarity with SQL queries for advanced segmentation (basic level).

•Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).

•Understanding of personalization, dynamic content, and journey mapping.
