Kamani Living is looking for a Digital & Brand Marketing Manager to own the execution and performance of our paid media, brand campaigns, events, partnerships, and PR initiatives .


This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of growth marketing and brand building . You will be responsible for driving qualified investor demand through paid channels, while simultaneously elevating Kamani Living’s brand presence through strategic events, partnerships, and media exposure.


You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure every campaign, event, and partnership supports revenue growth, broker success, and long-term brand equity.


Key Responsibilities;


1) Paid Media & Performance Marketing


Own and manage paid media strategy and execution across:


  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn (Investor & HNWI targeting)
  • Experimental channels (TikTok, Snapchat, Bing where relevant)


  • Manage and coordinate external media agencies, ensuring:
  • Clear KPIs (CPL, CPQL, CAC, ROAS)
  • Proper audience segmentation (investors, end-users, geographies)
  • Strong creative testing frameworks


  • Work closely with CRM and sales teams to ensure:
  • Lead quality is prioritized over volume
  • Campaigns are optimized based on broker feedback and conversion data
  • Continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives, funnels, and budgets


2) Brand Campaigns & Positioning


  • Execute brand campaigns that reinforce Kamani Living’s positioning around:
  • Luxury
  • Trust
  • Community
  • Personal branding for brokers


  • Ensure brand consistency across:
  • Digital campaigns
  • Events
  • PR placements
  • Partnerships
  • Collaborate with creative and social teams to turn brand strategy into high-quality, on-brand assets


3) Events & Community Marketing


  • Plan and execute **monthly community and investor-focused events** (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)
  • Support delivery of **1–2 flagship annual events** (e.g. F1, Boat Show, major investment events)


  • Coordinate with:
  • Events & Partnerships function
  • PR agency
  • External venues, sponsors, and partners


  • Own event marketing deliverables:
  • Pre-event promotion
  • Guest list strategy
  • On-ground brand presence
  • Post-event content and lead follow-up


4) Partnerships & Collaborations


  • Support strategic partnerships with:
  • Luxury brands
  • Financial institutions
  • Investment firms
  • Lifestyle and UHNW-focused platforms


  • Help activate partnerships through:
  • Co-branded campaigns
  • Events
  • Content collaborations
  • Ensure partnerships align with brand positioning and deliver tangible business value


5) PR & Media Coordination


  • Act as the internal point of contact for the PR agency
  • Support:
  • Press releases
  • Media features
  • Founder and leadership visibility
  • Event-related PR coverage
  • Ensure PR efforts are aligned with marketing calendars and business priorities


6) Reporting & Insights


  • Track and report on:
  • Paid media performance
  • Campaign effectiveness
  • Event ROI
  • Brand and PR impact
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership to continuously improve performance
  • Maintain a data-driven mindset , balancing brand building with measurable outcomes


Key Skills & Experience


  • 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or growth roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media budgets (agency-side or in-house)
  • Experience working with luxury, real estate, finance, or premium consumer brands (strong plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (agencies, creatives, leadership)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Performance marketing metrics
  • Funnel optimization
  • Brand storytelling
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
