About the Role :
Digital Services Development: Working on developing and managing accounts (current, savings, investment) regarding digital channels (Online Banking / Mobile App).
Responsibilities:
Digital Services Development
Document Development: Reviewing company-related forms and documents (such as account opening terms and conditions forms, bank certificates, account statements, etc.)
Customer Experience Analysis (UX): Monitoring the customer's journey within the app or website to improve the ease of using banking services for the customer.
Requirements Gathering: Communicating with IT teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for implementation in digital channels.
Market and Competitor Monitoring: Keeping track of the latest Fintech services and competitor banks to ensure offering competitive features in investment and savings accounts.
Qualifications :
Diploma or higher
