Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audience, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Align digital campaigns with overall business and marketing goals.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns including ad creation, targeting, scheduling, and bidding.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize ads for better ROI (CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions).
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure campaigns meet performance benchmarks and cost efficiency targets.

4. Budget Management

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms.
  • Ensure efficient spend allocation to maximize returns and minimize wastage.
  • Forecast campaign spend and performance.

5. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copies.
  • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

6. Audience Targeting & Market Research

  • Identify and define target audiences based on demographics, interests, behavior, and data insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

7. Lead Generation & Conversion Management

  • Drive qualified leads through performance-driven campaigns.
  • Optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales or CRM teams to track lead quality and conversion outcomes.

8. Platform & Tool Management

  • Manage digital marketing tools, ad accounts, pixels, and tracking codes.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and best practices.

9. Compliance & Brand Safety

  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies, legal requirements, and brand standards.
  • Monitor ad approvals and resolve policy or account issues.

10. Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Analyze trends and campaign learnings to improve future strategies.
  • Experiment with new platforms, formats, and technologies.
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and innovations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
