We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimise digital marketing initiatives for UK-based clients. This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of UK and US markets, hands-on campaign expertise, and the ability to drive results through effective team and project management.

What the Role Looks Like:

Digital Strategy & Execution:
Develop, execute, and continuously refine end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and current UK and US market trends.

Campaign Oversight:
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and paid social media channels, ensuring performance, consistency, and timely delivery.

Team Leadership & Optimisation:
Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of 5–15 professionals across different roles. Optimise team performance, workflows, and resources to ensure results are delivered on time.

CRM & Marketing Automation:
Manage and optimise CRM systems such as HubSpot and Zoho, including automation, lead nurturing, and data segmentation to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.

Project Management:
Use Jira to plan, track, and manage marketing projects, ensuring efficient collaboration and on-time execution across teams.

International Client Management:
Manage and grow relationships with UK-based and international clients, clearly understanding their objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse campaign performance data and deliver regular reports on key KPIs including traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition, and ROI, providing actionable insights.

Market & Trend Expertise:
Stay up to date with UK and US digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Attention to Detail:
Maintain a strong eye for detail across campaigns, creatives, messaging, CRM data, and reporting to ensure high-quality execution.

Must-Haves for Success:

  • Proven experience managing a digital marketing team of 5–15 people across multiple roles
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of UK and US markets, digital trends, and consumer behaviour
  • Previous experience in the same or a closely related industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing UK-based and international clients
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to optimise team performance and processes to deliver results within deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A strong, practical portfolio showcasing successful campaigns with clear metrics and outcomes
