Digital Campaign Specialist

India

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in paid advertising, social media management, SEO, and lead generation strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and proficiency in using digital tools to drive brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, copies, and targeting.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.

  • SEO & Website Optimization

Perform keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO activities.
Improve website ranking and organic traffic growth.
Collaborate with content and web teams to enhance user experience.

  • Social Media Management

Handle daily operations of company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop content calendars, schedule posts, and track engagement.
Implement growth strategies to increase brand followers and interactions.

  • LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation

Manage LinkedIn company pages and campaigns to build B2B visibility.
Execute targeted lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ads.
Nurture leads through strategic campaigns and communication.

  • Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign data across platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.

  • Collaboration & Strategy

Work with the content, creative, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Research digital trends and competitor activities to implement innovative strategies.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
