Digital Channels Manager (International) – Istanbul

We are looking for a Digital Channels Manager to join our International Marketing team in Istanbul. This is a hands-on, operations-driven role supporting multiple adesso offices across markets such as the GCC, UK, Benelux, and Spain . You will work closely with our Turkish marketing operations team and act as the central point for managing our digital infrastructure across countries.

You will lead the CMS migration pilot and build the marketing automation foundation from scratch, then roll it out to other countries. Strong project management discipline and comfort with multi-country workflows are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Run the CMS migration pilot and coordinate multi-country rollout.
• Build and manage marketing automation and CRM workflows from zero (HubSpot or similar): funnels, lead scoring, nurturing sequences, form tracking, and attribution logic.
• Set up analytics frameworks end-to-end: UTM standards, conversion tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
• Oversee landing page creation, tracking setup, A/B testing, managing SEO fundamentals and optimization for international markets.
• Partner with our external digital ads agency for KPI forecasting, campaign tracking, audience setup, and performance reviews.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant processes and accurate data flow across CRM, website, and paid channels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing or digital project management
• Strong hands-on skills across CRM, automation, funnels, tracking, analytics, and attribution
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or similar martech tools
• Fluent English (additional European language is a plus)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities
