Responsibilities:
- Impact customer adoption and the implementation, directly learning from our customers and adjust accordingly to it.
- This role will be responsible to the right selling approach to our customers digitally, to successfully drive them to this new way of doing business with PepsiCo.

Building - agile processes & new capabilities in the organization, to be able to manage PepsiCo's digital selling systems effectively, this role will be the key person to have impact and influence to leverage momentum & create sustainable productivity.

This role is expected to maintain the app in a proper manner for productivity to continue with higher activation & engagement rates.

Convert business needs into development agenda. Own the project, influence internally and externally to assure right adherence and prioritization, track results and communicate the tools Backlog.

Be in the Field, engage Sales Team and give them right support to the selling process of this new tools' concept to PepsiCo's customers.

Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour data over the platforms with a full funnel KPI framework & work collaboratively with Data Analyst to create actionable plans and find new opportunities.

Lead all growth marketing activities for user acquisition - activation - retention phases, orchestrating all digital touch points.

Support brand management activities and follow up campaigns’ effects to products' performance & KPl's.

Work in collaboration with Commercial team, IT team, Selling & account teams, 3rd party vendors. He/she will need to align, influence, and coordinate all plans, whilst driving synergy and efficiency the overall Digital transformation agenda in an agile way.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s Degree Business administration or any related field

Commercial background is required

Application management experience

Strong Communication Skills.

Fluent in both English and Arabic.
