ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Digital Commerce Development Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the digital commerce strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and success on the platform. This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution, requiring close collaboration across sales, marketing, and product teams to grow market share and enhance customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and execution of digital commerce strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and platform adoption.
  • Oversee customer onboarding journeys to ensure seamless integration and early success.
  • Partner with Business Development and Tele Sales teams to align digital initiatives with acquisition goals.
  • Identify and present opportunities for entering new customer segments and market verticals.
  • Monitor platform performance and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze digital commerce metrics including order volume, channel performance, and customer growth.
  • Champion customer-centric strategies to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and long-term loyalty.
  • Sales team on-boarding with training to make sure they can keep close hands with the customers.
  • Weekly follow-ups with the Sales team on all Digital KBIs.

  • Platforms Share: Performance across orders, channels, and volume.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Net Promoter Score (NPS) and platform engagement metrics.

ARE THESE YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS

  • Proven experience in digital commerce, customer acquisition, or platform development & FMCG Field experience.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Proven experience with digital platforms and customer success frameworks, driving engagement and satisfaction across diverse user bases. Skilled in leveraging Excel for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in digital commerce initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
