Role Overview
A full-stack digital sales professional who knows how to sell online through e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and social media — from A to Z.
We are looking for a Digital Commerce & Online Sales with full A–Z experience in digital selling across e-commerce websites, online marketplaces (Amazon and others), and social media channels.
This role is responsible for driving online revenue end-to-end — from product selection and pricing to digital marketing, sales execution, conversion optimization, and scaling across multiple online channels.
Key Responsibilities
1️ End-to-End Digital Sales
- Own the complete digital sales cycle from strategy to execution
- Manage online sales performance across all digital channels
- Develop and execute digital sales plans to achieve revenue targets
2️ E-commerce Sales
- Manage sales through websites and online stores
- Optimize product pages, pricing, funnels, and checkout experience
- Improve conversion rates, average order value, and repeat purchases
- Coordinate integrations (payment gateways, logistics, CRM)
3️ Marketplace Sales (Amazon & Others)
- Manage and scale sales on Amazon (FBA / FBM) and other marketplaces
- Create and optimize product listings (content, keywords, images, pricing)
- Manage inventory, promotions, advertising, and performance metrics
- Handle reviews, ratings, and platform compliance
4️ Social Commerce & Digital Channels
- Drive sales through Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
- Build and manage social selling funnels (content → engagement → conversion)
- Execute product launches, drops, live selling, and campaigns
- Work with creators and influencers to generate sales
5️ Product Sourcing & Online Readiness
- Source products suitable for e-commerce, marketplaces, and social selling
- Analyze demand, competition, pricing, and margins
- Prepare products for online launch (bundles, positioning, pricing strategy)
- Coordinate product compliance and platform requirements
6️ Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization
- Plan and manage paid and organic digital campaigns
- Optimize performance across ads, funnels, and platforms
- Support retargeting and customer acquisition strategies
- Improve ROAS, ACOS, and customer lifetime value
7️ Performance Tracking & Growth Optimization
- Track KPIs: sales, margins, conversion rate, ROAS, ACOS, traffic
- Analyze performance and optimize continuously
- Prepare sales reports and growth insights
- Identify opportunities to scale products and channels
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in digital commerce & online sales (A–Z)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, Amazon, and marketplaces
- Strong understanding of social commerce and digital selling
- Experience with product sourcing and pricing strategies
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple products and channels
