We are hiring a Digital Communications Agent for Lahore Gulberg Head Office and Remote Work. Diamond Visa Solutions is seeking a versatile, tech-savvy professional to join our cross-functional operations team. This role is a strategic hybrid of Data Administration, Digital Communications, and Client Relationship Management, requiring 100% accuracy in visa documentation and professional brand representation.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Internship (3-Month Renewable Contract)

Compensation: PKR 35,000 – PKR 75,000 (Commensurate with shift and expertise)

Core Responsibilities

1. Data Administration & Regulatory Compliance

  • Record Management: Maintain and audit high-volume client databases using MS Excel and proprietary internal systems.
  • Document Verification: Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on travel credentials (Passports, ATOL certificates, etc.) to ensure alignment with international visa protocols.
  • Operational Reporting: Synthesize daily and weekly activity metrics into structured reports for the Branch Manager.

2. Digital Presence & Content Strategy

  • Brand Engagement: Develop and curate engaging content for TikTok and YouTube to promote visa services and global travel packages.
  • Social Monitoring: Manage professional interactions and lead generation across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Market Trends: Implement SEO best practices and integrate viral trends to enhance the company’s digital footprint.

3. Multi-Channel Client Support

  • Strategic Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for Umrah and International Visa inquiries via inbound/outbound calls.
  • Correspondence Excellence: Manage high-frequency communication channels (WhatsApp Business and Official Email) with a focus on professional etiquette and rapid resolution.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Matriculation/Intermediate; Graduation or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel) and digital communication tools.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional English/Urdu communication, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Eligibility: We welcome applications from Students, Fresh Intermediate, Fresh Graduates, and experienced professionals (Public/Private sector).

Operational Shifts (24/7 Rotational)

Candidates may opt for one of the following 8-hour blocks:

  • Morning: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
  • Evening: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
  • Night: 02:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 35,000 – PKR 75,000 (Commensurate with shift, interview performance, and technical expertise).
  • Performance Incentives: Eligibility for monthly bonuses based on data accuracy and lead conversion metrics.
  • Shift Premiums: Additional allowances for candidates opting for Evening (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM) or Night (02:00 AM – 10:00 AM) blocks.
