Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Communications Specialist to join our marketing team and lead our efforts in customer engagement and automation. This role focuses on leveraging digital communication tools — particularly Go High Level or Constant Contact — to build effective customer pipelines, automate nurturing sequences, and enhance our overall client experience.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong technical expertise in marketing automation, CRM management, and multichannel communication through email, SMS, and social media. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, lead conversion, and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage automated customer pipelines in Go High Level or Constant Contact to streamline lead intake and customer nurturing.
  • Design and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage new leads and retain existing customers.
  • Segment audiences and create personalized communication journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align digital communication efforts with customer lifecycle goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, promotional emails, and client updates.
  • Stay current with industry trends in marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital communication strategies.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing digital assets such as landing pages and forms for lead capture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Go High Level, Constant Contact, or similar CRM and automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
  • Experience executing and analyzing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for digital marketing content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,778.54 - $59,948.35 per year
