About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Community Manager to oversee our social media, email marketing, and digital community engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in digital storytelling, enjoys building relationships with audiences, and is skilled at translating marketing strategies into engaging content and measurable results.

The Digital Community Manager will manage our online presence, email communications, point-of-sale marketing materials, and taproom promotions, while supporting cross-functional teams with content, reporting, and activations. Success for this role will be getting results on deepening and strengthening the brands relationship to its audience (engagement) and expanding our fan base (follower growth).

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Capture and create content including product photography, reels, graphics, and memes.
  • Manage scheduling and publishing of content in advance across Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Monitor and respond to community activity including stories, DMs, comments, and engagement.
  • Generate monthly reports and insights (Social Media Report, Digital Marketing Formula) to inform strategy.

Email Marketing

  • Develop creative email campaign concepts aligned with brand strategy.
  • Brief and collaborate with agency partners through concept, approval, and execution.
  • Write, design, and schedule loyalty emails through Klaviyo.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance (E-Blast drive).

Point of Sale

  • Brief in trade giveaways, seasonal POS, sell sheets, and one-off requests.
  • Manage review and approval process with agency.
  • Organize and upload POS and sell sheets into online database.
  • Communicate availability of assets to the Sales Team.

Taproom Marketing

  • Capture taproom and menu content for social media and promotions.
  • Be onsite for certain events for content capture
  • Create or brief signage needs to agency and manage through approval.
  • Coordinate taproom signage printing and distribution.
  • Develop social scheduling specific to taproom activations.

Intern Management

  • Assign weekly projects and tasks, ensuring interns are effectively engaged.
  • Provide interns with creative assets, designs, and information needed for success.
  • Manage projects through completion and approvals.

Other Responsibilities

  • Organize and/or oversee brand photoshoots.
  • Manage giveaways, from sourcing to shipping prizes to winners.
  • Capture and catalog new merchandise photography.
  • Write blog posts and coordinate website updates.
  • Execute “Sales Social Shoutouts” and maintain consistent community visibility.
  • Monthly Reporting on all Social Media and Email performance

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management.
  • Proficiency with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok); Klaviyo experience a plus.
  • Experience with social platform algorithms and/or the desire to gain a technical understanding of the platforms and how to maximize the brands exposure and engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills (photography, video, graphics, copywriting).
  • Experience analyzing performance data and presenting insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
