Role Purpose:

Manage the overall development aspects of Digital Channels.

Provide convenient, efficient, and secure Digital Banking experience to existing and potential customers.

Implement strategic Digital Banking projects through effective use of all available resources.

Identify innovative ideas by researching/analyzing the Digitalization industry and events.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maximum availability of all Digital Channels related services and supporting systems to avoid Financial, Operational, and Reputational Risk.
  • Maintain and review efficient Business processes, Standard Operating Procedures and SLAs with other Business/Support Units.
  • Generate, review and analyze Retail Digital channels MIS & KPIs.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure proper escalation.
  • Lead the execution and maintenance of Digital Banking long/short term strategies, business cases and profitability models.
  • Develop business requirements related to technical development to a process/function in Digital Banking services.
  • Manage initiatives and projects related to new/existing services and products.
  • Manage the promotion of new digital services and existing service enhancements.


Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, IT or similar.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial sector.
  • 5+ years of Digital Banking experience.

  • Digital Banking services and products knowledge and awareness.
