Job Description:
We’re seeking a Digital Conversions Manager – Social to lead high-impact paid social strategies focused on maximizing performance and ROI. You’ll manage campaigns, mentor teams, and optimize delivery across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and optimization of paid social conversion campaigns.
  • Oversee audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to refine messaging and delivery.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, pacing, and ROI performance across all campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Stay on top of new tools, features, and conversion innovations.
Requirements
  • 6–8 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against performance KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
