Digital Consultant

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help clients leverage digital technologies to optimize their business operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop tailored digital strategies.
• Assess clients’ digital maturity and provide recommendations for process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including website, CRM, and marketing technology implementations.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to guide strategy and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Advise on emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms to keep clients competitive in their industries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients on digital systems and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital consulting, digital strategy, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
